The Sitting Room invites you to sit down and spend time with art. On December 9, 3 - 5 pm, join us for tea and open hours in the gallery. The artists in this show, all women, are neighbors, working in Seattle. Each work of art offers a puzzle for contemplation. Domestic but not domesticated, the work opens windows into dark places in the natural world and in the self. Sitting together in a home invites a special comfortable, intimate relationship to the other.
